School of Education’s C.A.R.E. Symposium Highlights Mental Wellness Practices for the Classroom
Wednesday, September 18, 2024 Point Park University's School of Education hosted its first C.A.R.E. Wellness Mental Health and Well-Being Symposium, inviting local educators to learn about addressing trauma and its impact on student learning, mental health and well-being while exploring the powerful relationship between community connection and the arts.

School of Education Seeking Applicants for Inaugural Matt's Maker Space Fellowship in Ireland
Wednesday, April 17, 2024 Point Park University's School of Education is seeking applicants for the inaugural Matt's Maker Space Fellowship Program in Ireland, an expenses-paid experiential learning opportunity abroad for graduates to immerse themselves in maker education and create a meaningful impact in the classroom.

Friday, August 7, 2020 "The sheer flexibility students have to transfer in a large number of credits and earn a bachelor’s degree — in one to three years — is a major differentiator of this program. What makes our program distinctive is that students can transfer in up to 90 credits from a four-year college or university or 70 credits from a two-year institution, such as a community college,” said Darlene Marnich, Ph.D.
